Description
Restore the interior of your 1968 Pontiac A-body with this molded dash cover designed for GTO, LeMans, and Tempest models. These factory dashboards are prone to cracking across the upper pad and around the defrost vent openings after decades of heat and sun exposure.
This molded ABS overlay installs directly over the original factory dashboard and provides a durable, cost-effective alternative to replacing the entire dash pad. The UV-stable construction resists long-term sunlight damage while maintaining the original dash contours for proper alignment around the instrument cluster hood and center dash section.
Installation is straightforward. Thoroughly clean the existing dash, apply the included silicone adhesive along the perimeter and structural bonding areas, position the cover over the original dash, and allow it to cure. Once bonded, the overlay conceals cracks, reinforces weakened sections, and significantly improves overall interior appearance.
